Olympic/Paralympic Sales - The TOP Programme
In 1985, the International Olympic Committee created the first global marketing program that allowed a select number of corporations to associate with the Olympic Brand. Initially created out of financial necessity, The Olympic Programme (TOP) now attracts the best and most prestigious corporations in the world such as Coca-Cola, VISA, GE, Samsung, etc. and has generated over $4 billion to support the Olympic Movement worldwide. Rob Prazmark was one of the original founders of TOP and was the IOC’s representative for the TOP Program through 1996. Prazmark was involved in the representation of the 1998 Olympic Winter Games in Nagano & the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney. Most recently, 21 Sports had been engaged by the IOC to offer specific recommendations for the future of TOP and assist in documenting the case studies of all TOP Partners from the creation of the Programme through the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver. In addition to representing the TOP Programme, 21 has assisted corporations in acquiring rights to the TOP Programme.
